Affirmation The Healthy Company Framework is the Greatest New Business Methodology

Still not convinced The Healthy Company Framework is on point?

OK, you got me. It’s a click-bait title.

These articles aren’t direct affirmation of The Healthy Company Framework.

I’ve referenced a few articles that are confirmation bias.

But, these articles are almost 10 years old. They’re all pre-Covid, for crying out loud!

Why am I talking about this?

They all share a common theme:

Overwork is not a failure of an individual.

Business today is designed to make stopping feel like a failure.

The 24/7 demand (brought in part thanks to our great increase in technology) wears us humans down.

Long, 16-plus hour days and chronic nights of 6 or fewer hours of sleep cause brains to operate as if they’re intoxicated.

Workers change applications/screens some 1,200 times per day, each carrying a cost on the brain and its ability to focus.

Measuring activity, counting clicks, staying “available” on tracking systems, are what many companies use today to track employees.

Instead, companies should measure what really matters: results.

Burnout doesn’t come from workaholics. It comes from company failure.

I, alongside the authors of the reference articles and people from so many different walks of life, make a bold claim:

You, the business owner, manager, and even superstar, are contributing to the health of your environment.

And this is good news!

If your company is thriving, you’re likely doing a lot of good things right—or you’re at least getting out of the way of those doing great things.

This is also good news for you if you’re in a bad environment.

The Healthy Company Framework is an infinitely scalable business methodology designed to help you.

The Framework helps you lay the groundwork, connect where your company wants to go, why one’s work matters, and give people a quantifiable way to win at their job.

It empowers people by equipping them with good documentation and the ability to solve problems.

It keeps people connected by reminding them they must communicate with those around them, including those who hand them work and those they hand their work to.

These principles that make up The Framework are simple.

Executing them is not always easy, especially if you’ve never intentionally built them.

So if you’re experiencing high turnover.

If your top performers are leaving.

If you have even one department where you can’t seem to keep employees.

If you’re burned out and not sure how to continue.
